- Nationality : The candidates applying for Short Service Commission (Technical) course should be a citizen of India or a subject of Bhutan or a subject of Nepal or a Tibetan refugee who came over to India.
- Educational Qualification : The candidates should have completed his Engineering degree (BE, B.Tech) or or be in the final year of the course. The final year candidates should complete their examination including all theory, practical, viva-voce, backlogs, etc before 1st April 2016.
- Age Limit : The minimum age of the candidates should be 20 years and maximum should be 27 years i.e, the candidate should be born between 2nd April 1989 to 1st April 1996, including both dates mentioned.

Indian Army SSC (T) Selection Process - The filled application form by the candidate applying for Indian Army recruitment 2015 should be submitted on or before 9th of July 2015 to take part in the selection process. The candidates will be shortlisted according to the percentage of marks obtained, availability of vacancy and regarding other eligibility criteria. The shortlisted candidates applied for Indian army SSC Recruitment 2015 - 2016 will be called for Service Selection Board (SSB) Interview at Bhopal, Bangalore or Allahabad.
