Educational Qualification
The candidates should posses B.Sc (Civil Engineering), M.Sc (Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry) (OR) four years Bachelor’s Degree or three years Diploma in Engineering at various streams such as Civil, Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Manufacturing/ Mechatronics/ Industrial/ Machining/ Instrumentation & Control or equivalent Engineering courses from a Recognized Board/ University/ Institute at the date of application submission.
Age Limit
The candidates age limit are differentiated in various category which are listed below. The candidates should be at the below mentioned age as on 01-07-2015.
  • The candidates age should be between 18 - 32 years for the posts of Junior Engineer, Depot Material Superintendent and Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant.
  • The candidates age should be between 20 - 34 years for the posts of Senior Section Engineer and Chief Depot Material Superintendent.
  • The age relaxation for the candidates are applicable as per the rules mentioned by Railway Recruitment Board.
